Thank you for your interest in our mentorship program. Our goal is to connect current patrollers with mentors to help individuals and the community grow.
Mentors
Mentors are current and former female identifying ski patrollers interested in sharing knowledge and life experiences with current or future female patrollers.
Mentees
Mentees are female identifying patrollers (must be a current patroller) looking for guidance or community from our mentors.
Mentees will be accepted per cohort. There will be one cohort per year starting in late fall.
Time Commitment
Mentors and mentees will be required to meet for a minimum of one hour each month. This can be broken up into multiple meetings. Frequency and duration will be determined by the mentor and mentee
Group Connections
There will be three cohort video calls throughout the program. One at the kickoff, one 3 month check in and one closing at the end of the 6 months. These calls will be lead by a board member to build connections amongst the cohort.
Forums
Each cohort will have their own forum on the membership platform to connect with each other and build deeper connections
After the 6 Months
Mentor and mentees can choose to continue to connect after the cohort ends, and are encouraged to do so. The formal structure of the mentorship ends at 6 months.
